A virtual voyage….
So, my initial plan was to do at least one event a month and for January I had two fundraising 5Ks one in person and one an honor system virtual one… Well, due to permit issues the in person one was postponed and I chose to take the refund as while the money went to a local middle school I already had multiple events planned that month and the whole allure was to run someplace different and not just looping the lake where I do allot of my training runs as well as my summer series So that said before I recap my virtual event and my goals for 2024 here is last years final notes: My run the year was no where close to 2023 with a meek 1,896.16 miles moved ( 518.24 in a running capacity) I completed 16 events ( 10 5ks, 1 8k, 3 10ks, a 15k and a 10 mile ) In December run the edge had a heroes journey challenge And so far in 2024 I’ve moved 122.38 miles Here are the badges for my first 100 Anyway, here is my virtual “recap” Initially I planned to get up at sunrise to...
